These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") outline the agreement between you ("Client") and Startups Australia DotCom, registered business under BUILDING CAPABILITIES PTY LTD ("Company") with ACN number 673 568 146, regarding your use of our services, including coaching packages and hourly consulting work.
1. Services:
Startups Australia DotCom offers a variety of services to assist entrepreneurs and startups at various stages of their journey. These services include:
Coaching Packages: We offer several coaching packages tailored to your specific needs. Each package includes a defined number of coaching sessions, follow-up materials, and ongoing support from our expert coaches.
Hourly Consulting: Our team of experienced consultants can offer targeted assistance on specific challenges you may be facing. You can book hourly consultations for focused guidance on topics like business strategy, marketing, fundraising, and more.
2. Fees and Payment:
Coaching Packages: Each coaching package will have a clearly defined price listed on our website or quoted directly. Payment for coaching packages is due in full before the first session.
Hourly Consulting: Our hourly consulting rate will be clearly communicated to you before any services are rendered. Invoices for hourly consulting work will be issued at the end of each month.

4. Cancellations and Refunds:
Coaching Packages: Cancellation of coaching packages is subject to the terms outlined in the specific package you selected. These terms will be provided to you before you confirm your enrolment.
Hourly Consulting: Cancellations for hourly consulting sessions must be made with at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid being charged for the full session.
5. Intellectual Property:
All materials, including presentations, templates, and other resources provided during coaching sessions or consultations, remain the intellectual property of Startups Australia Dot Com. You may not share these materials with any third party without our written permission.
6. Confidentiality:
Startups Australia Dot Com maintains the confidentiality of all information shared by clients during coaching sessions and consultations.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties:
The services provided by Startups Australia Dot Com are offered "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Company does not guarantee the outcome of any coaching session or consultation.
8. Limitation of Liability:
Startups Australia Dot Com shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or relating to the use of our services.
9. Entire Agreement:
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
10. Governing Law:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia.
11. Dispute Resolution:
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be settled by mediation in accordance with the rules of a reputable mediation provider in Queensland, Australia.
By accessing or utilising any Startups Australia Dot Com service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
