With over 15 years of experience, Lydia has a proven track record of helping launch and support over 500 startups.  Her passion for entrepreneurship is evident in her approach, combining academic expertise (Economist, MBA, and PhD in Business Management with a focus on Innovation and Entrepreneurship) with real-world experience across various industries, including emerging sectors.

Having honed her skills globally, Australia is now Lydia's home base. Here, she's developed a deep understanding of the local startup ecosystem –  the legal landscape, networks, and the unique challenges founders face.
